To become a volunteer, you must be 15+ with parental permission. Those applying under the age of 18 require parental permission.
Being a volunteer means members of our admin will need to have a way to contact you, as well as communicate as a team. Please make sure you have a sufficient means of communication beyond email. E.g., Discord, Facebook Messenger, Phone Number, etc.
The Gas City Entertainment Expo will not tolerate any form of hate, discrimination or harassment towards other members of the team or guests. If you or someone you know has seen a member of our team making inappropriate comments that fall under the terms listed above, please contact the admin at gascityexpo@gmail.com.
Volunteers are not limited to helping exclusively on the days of the event (Oct 17th, 18th). Tasks such as putting up posters would require advanced volunteering, though it's not necessary to apply. Please specify if you are willing to help before the event.
All volunteers receive free admission to the GCEE, provided they complete four hours of volunteer work on Sept 17th or Sept 18th. Attendance on both days is not required to receive free admission.
