Currently, we only accept EMT (Email Money Transfer) as a method of payment. Ideally, we will have PayPal as an available option in the future. The email to issue the payment to is apetty1000@hotmail.com.
The account you will be transferring the payment to has Auto Deposit, so money will be sent directly without the need of a security question.
Payments that are not made in full will be refunded immediately and your booth will not be reserved (e.g, you make a payment of $30.00 for the non-profit booth, which costs $40.00). If this occurs, a member of our team will reach out via email and resolve the issue with you.
Spots are reserved on a first come, first pay basis. We will not hold spots without a payment being secured. Placement is assigned based on sign-up and payment, all changes to the floor plan are decided by the director.
Refunds will only be available 3 weeks prior to October 17th; we will not issue refunds between September 26th and October 18th.
If you cancel before the cut-off date and want to receive a refund, please contact us at gceevendorhall@gmail.com. All cancellations made before September 26th will receive a full refund for the cost of the selected booth + any additional fees for extra chairs, tables or badges.
